Proven Food with Nutritional Value

Since the topic required is about nutrition, I will be sharing lists of food and their values to our body. I will be direct to the point. All these information are found in books everywhere, CDs, and in the internet. Doctors are talking about it, Nutritionists, and all other Health professionals. I will also be providing links for you to check other writings in the internet.

Here they are:

Food that helps lose weight, high in fiber:

Oatmeal, whole grains food, Flaxseeds (actually #1), food rich in flavanoids such as oranges, grapes, Calcium rich diet food, Ginger tea, Green tea, spicy food, ground cinnamon, green peppers, watermelon, cantaloupe, celery, and all fibrous food, vegetables like lentil, broccoli, and etc.,  and fruits like, papaya, raspberry, apples, oysters, almonds, cashew nuts, all Vit.C food, tomato, fish, and many more.

Food that keeps your stomach flat:  Dark Chocolate, Cheese, Natural peanut butter, guacamole,

Anti-cancer diet:

Yogurt, lemon, berries, green tea, rainbow chards, flaxseeds oil, onions, garlic, broccoli, black beans, carrots, papaya, dark chocolate, protein diet – soy milk and cheese, water based low caloric-high volume snacks such as; watermelon, cantaloupe, celery, dark colors vegetables and fruits, and many more. Try a vegan diet for 28 days (fresh food).

Fruits that ease up ulcer symptoms:

Cranberry juice, cashew nuts, almonds, and etc.

For constipation:

Papaya – ripe, orange juice, pistachio, and etc.

Food that boost the brain:

Bananas, blueberries, hemp nuts, apple juice, Rhodiola Rosea extract, avocado, oatmeal, green tea, oranges, red bell pepper, spinach, salmon, tuna, turkey, walnuts, and many more.

For UTI: (Urinary Tract Infection,

Horseradish, peppermint tea, cranberry juice, and etc.

To avoid kidney stones:

Oranges, spinach, water, add lemon to water, and etc.

To avoid prostate cancer:

Green tea, pomegrate juice, red sauce (lycopene), etc.

Food that keeps you young:

5 Super foods – Barramudhi fish – high in Omega3, Greek Green Fennel – Mustard Green, Mangosteen, Turmeric Tea, IMO – Asian sweet potato, zucchini, pecorino cheese, goat cheese, red wine, tufo beans, tufo, vegan diet, nuts, Fish oil, Flaxseeds, cheese, asparagus, etc .

Water, broccoli, baby aspirin, multivitamins, milk thistle, green tea, lots of blueberries, Green Tea, and etc.

To avoid gallstones:

Whole grains, calcium rich food, artichokes (stimulates gall bladder to squeeze out the bile), etc.

Diets to reverse Diabetes:

Oatmeal, white beans, chili, fruits, oranges, whole grains, vinegar (lowers glycemix index to mix in cooking), cinnamon (helps liver to metabolize sugar in body), cinnamon and cumin ( good for diabetes, great for pancreas, soothe the pancreas), scallops, green beans, turkey, etc.

For motion sickness: - Ginger

Hair/nails/skin/bones diet:  Dark color fruits and vegetables, salmon, oyster, brown rice, whole grains food, olive oil, walnuts ( encourage hair growth), Barramundi fish (rich in Omega3), etc.

For menopause: Black cohort

Book marking this hub! Very informative. Its interesting how foods can prevent some of life discomforts. No need for harsh pills and such. Also reading this has made me hungry and I realized oooh its lunch time no wonder!
